Gimmel, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Design To Delivery Inc (D2DInc), an award-winning firm that provides program and acquisition management support services to Federal government agencies. She also is the author of “Master Your Mindset: How Women Leaders Step Up” published in April 2022, where she explores the unwritten rules of successful female leadership through Master Your Mindset. In 2021, Molly founded the Vellamo Leadership Institute to help women master their leadership mindsets and put into practice the lessons learned to be more effective leaders.

Creating a community of leaders (6:22): The leaders discuss the role of community in leadership, in writing Molly's book and in Seasons Leadership and Vellamo. Molly shares the story that inspired the name Vellamo and that the person you are best equipped to help is the person you were.

Leadership mindset (11:49): Molly explains what mindset has to do with leadership and the difference between mindsets and skills. The leaders discuss the mindset most leaders struggle with – according to Molly it’s “head chatter.” Molly’s shares how she established the mindsets for her book.
