Author spotlight

Dave Hyem retired as vice president of Boeing Commercial Airplanes Fabrication Metals after 36 years with the company. During his tenure, he served in many leadership roles across engineering and operations leading both small and large teams. His passion is developing strong leadership skills. Hyem received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Montana State University and has completed programs through the Advanced Management Program at Duke University.
